As we cross the door of the facilities, located at number 71 Carrer d'Enric Granados, different shades of pink in the wall tiles and the velvet of the benches, a bar based on green and white stone and many golden touches, they remind us of the iridescent tones of mother-of-pearl.

The connection with these prized mollusks is total thanks to the open kitchen, which allows us to see how the chefs prepare the dishes while sitting at the bar, enjoying some oysters from Marennes-Oléron and Normandy, or a ceviche or crab, accompanied by wine.

Oysters, the main course at 71 Oyster Bar & La Perla, were the source of inspiration for Brazilian Larissa Perna, from La Rous Studio, to design the space.

What is apparently a simple and luxurious oyster bar contains the La Perla speakeasy, a clandestine club inspired by the years of dry law in the United States.

The local drinks menu was created based on a joint decision between the Architect and the owner of the place, all to surprise customers and guarantee an unforgettable experience.
